Late in 2022, the seed of Tribe Bubble Tea was planted. It began with a simple idea: to create a space where people could connect over bold flavours and unforgettable drinks. We spent this year mapping out the shop, shaping the concept, and imagining what Tribe could become. It was a year of laying the groundwork for something truly special, driven by passion and excitement for what lay ahead.
Our First Chapter: Meyerton
In 2023, Tribe Bubble Tea became a reality as we opened our first shop in Meyerton. The community’s response was nothing short of incredible. From the very first cup, we felt the support, love, and excitement that confirmed we were on the right path. This shop wasn’t just a business—it became a vibrant hub for people to gather, share stories, and build memories. By the end of the year, Tribe had grown enough to dream bigger and plan for the next step.
The Heart of Our Tribe: Three Rivers
Early in 2024, we reached a significant milestone: the opening of our mother shop in Three Rivers. This shop symbolised everything we had worked for—a space that brought people together, reflected our values, and allowed us to grow even closer to the community. The Three Rivers location became the heartbeat of Tribe Bubble Tea, a place where the magic of bubble tea and the warmth of connection came together like never before.
Taking Tribe on the Road
As we look ahead to 2025, we’re preparing for a bold new venture: the launch of our very own boba trailer. This mobile extension of Tribe will allow us to bring our signature drinks and welcoming spirit to new communities and events. It’s more than just a trailer—it’s a way to share the joy of Tribe Bubble Tea with even more people, wherever they may be.
